• A food preservative (0.1%) is added, within approved food safety limits, giving up to 6 months shelf life at room temperature

• A stabiliser (0.2%) is added, within safe limits, to maintain texture and consistency

This keeps the sauce safe, stable, and cleaner than typical commercial alternatives.
